Congratulations to Ruth N. Halls Associate Professor and CRRES Associate Director Dr. Michelle R. Moyd on receiving the College Arts and Humanities Institute (CAHI) Faculty Research Fellowship! This CAHI fellowship offers course release for a semester to pursue research in the arts or humanities. Dr. Moyd will be working on a project titled "Soldiering for Empire: Race, Labor, and Recruitment of Black Troops in Africa and the United States, 1865-1920."
