This workshop extends Dr. Wingo's Feb. 13th, 10:00am talk on "A Tale of Two Projects" and explores different communities these projects form: classroom, campus, and community. All of these were necessary for a successful project. We'll use an upcoming community engagement project in Southern Indiana as a foundation to consider some of the ethical considerations for digital community engagement. We'll also workshop a list of best practices for community engagment as we consider what "digital" changes about that type of engagement.
